Her Excellency Smt. Mridula Sinha (Hon'ble Governor of Goa) presented the "BEST INSTITUTE FOR OUTSTANDING PLACEMENT RECORD IN NCR" to IET, Alwar during College 2 Campus National Education Excellence Award - 2017 ceremony at The International Centre, Goa on 21st January, 2017.

Hon'ble Swami Atmapriyananda (Vice Chancellor, Ramakrishna Mission Swami Vivekananda University) presented the "edu DESTINATION AWARD-2016" to IET for their Contribution in Technical Education during eduINDIA-2016 at India International Center, New Delhi on 18th October, 2016.

10th National Education Summit & Awards 2016 presented Excellent Placement Institute in India (West) Award to IET, Alwar on 24th May, 2016 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The award is given by Hon'ble Prof. (Dr.) Ram Shankar Katheria (Minister of State for HRD) and Hon'ble Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe (Chairman, AICTE).

National Rajasthan Education Summit & Award 2015 presented Best Placement Institute in Rajasthan Award to IET, Alwar on 26th August, 2015 at Jal Mahal Palace, Jaipur (Rajasthan). The award is given by Hon'ble Prof. Vasudev Devnani (Minister of State for Primary and Secondary Education).

Brands Academy Group awarded IET, Alwar "Best Technical & Management College in Rajasthan - 2015 " for providing Excellence in Technical Education. The award is given by Mr. Ajay Arora, President, Public Schools Federation, Delhi and Mr. R K Jain, Deputy Secretary FICCI at Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi on 25th July, 2015.

COLLEGE 2 CAMPUS awarded IET, Alwar "The Best Engineering College - 2015 of Rajasthan" for providing Excellence in Technical Education. The award is given by Dr. Arun Kumar, Member of Parliament, Jahanabad, Bihar on 15th March 2015 at Hotel Capital Hill, Ranchi.

Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar is the only Private Engineerig College of Rajasthan selected by Government of India for World Bank Project Grant to execute Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) Phase -II.

UTP (Universiti Teknologi Petronas), Malaysia has signed a Research Collaboration Document with IET, Alwar on 25th June, 2013 with an objective to increase international recognition and promoting research endeavors through R&D Activities.

"Best Private Engineering College - 2012" of the State (Rajasthan) by Brands Academy on 31st March, 2012. The Award is given by Hon'ble Dr. Shashi Tharoor (Former Ministry of State for External Affairs) at Hotel Crown Plaza, Gurgaon.

"The Best Engineering College - 2011" of the State (Rajasthan) by Big Brand Group on 28th May, 2011 for providing Excellence in Education. The award is given by Sh. Chetan Bhagat (Renowned Author)

"Best Engineering College - 2010 of Rajasthan" of the State (Rajasthan) by Times Research Group on 29th May, 2010. The Award is given by Hon'ble Dr. Kiran Bedi at Hotel Crown Plaza, Gurgaon.

IET, Alwar is accredited as "National Foundation for Corporate Governance" by NFCG, Ministry of Corporate Affair, Govt. of INDIA, New-Delhi on 25th October, 2010. Thus, IET has become the first & only NFCG Accredited Institute of the State.

IET, Alwar is certified by ISO 9001: 2000 for its Quality Assuarance in Education Field in 1998. Thus, IET, Alwar has become the First Self Financed Engineering Institute of the State (Rajasthan) to get ISO certification.

IET-Alwar is the First Self Financed Engineering College of Rajasthan Established in 1998, with the Approval of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), New Delhi. and Affiliation with Universtiy of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

IET, Alwar has been accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation) in four branches (CSE, ECE, IT, EIC) for International Standard in Technical Education.
