Tech-Ecstasy 2018

It was truly a mesmerizing four days extravaganza which IET Group of Institutions put forward to mark and celebrate the 20th year of its establishment. The inter-college sports fest GUSTO (Er. T. K. Agarwal Memorial Championship) was inaugurated on February 15 and various outdoor and indoor games were organized and well participated in the span of seven days. The morning of February 21 was abuzz with inauguration of techno-cultural fest TECH-ECSTASY and flagging of Art events in a beautifully adorned campus and the night was lit by a cultural program and closing of GUSTO’18. The chief guest of the ceremony was Mr. Pushpendra Singh (Wrestler) who gave away the medals, trophies and certificates to the winners. The show-stopper of this year’s fest was the CELEBRITY NIGHT WITH MANKIRT AULAKH, PUNJABI SINGER who regaled the public with his popular numbers in a one-hour high-voltage show organized on February 22 with many competitive technical events in the day time. Another pearl was the now annual feature IET CARNIVAL showcasing the cultural diversity of our Nation and BIKERS’ SHOW BY KTM organized on February 23 together with a plethora of Literary and Management events. And now, it was time to bid adieu to the event on February 24 which witnessed a quintessential honour of IET staff by management, the academic prize distribution applauding the excellence of the toppers and faculty for their achievements topped with an entertaining cultural night with Theme and Fashion shows, skits, dances and much more. The whole package was ribboned with prize distribution ceremony replete with cash, certificates and mementoes. The cherry-on-the-top was the Ramp by organizers, vote of thanks and DJ.
